Canoes, Kayaks, Tandem Kayaks, & Rafts
Payment Policies:
- All prepayments are nonrefundable.
- A credit card minimum charge of $5 is required for all reservations upon booking. This charge will apply to your balance upon check-in but is non-refundable.
- Holidays and some peak season weekends require full prepayment.
Cancellation Policies:
- For canoes, kayaks, and tandem kayaks, same day cancellations (including cancellations left over voicemail the night before) will result in a $15 late cancel fee per boat cancelled.
- For rafts, same day cancellations will result in a $40 late cancel fee.
- No-Show reservations will result in the full balance being run to the card on file as a No-Show fee.
Change Policies:
- If we have availability to change equipment for you, we will be happy to do without a change fee; however, different equipment have different rates that may result in an increase in price.
Rules:
- Do not exceed the max. occupancy of the boats and be mindful of weight limits and water levels. Contact the office for details.
- Follow all Arkansas Game & Fish Regulations
- You are responsible for any losses or damages that happen to our equipment during your stay. Please do not abandon any equipment along the river
