Bunk House
For those who consider camping a soft mattress and air conditioning, we have just the thing! Sleeping anywhere between 6-8 people per room, a bunkhouse is ideal for a good nights sleep along the river, without the worry of bugs or elements! It is a small room with beds and air conditioning with a bathhouse located next door. You bring your own linens. We don't think it's cheating, but rooms go fast on weekends, so book early. There is a $30 non-refundable deposit to book a bunkhouse. *see cabin policies for bunkhouses -NO PETS, NO SMOKING
Bunk House Rates
PRIORITY Discounted RATE FOR OUR TUBE or BOAT RENTAL CUSTOMERS:
$55/room + taxes and priority booking.
NON-RENTAL GUEST RATE:
$80/room + taxes (during our peak season & weekends, equipment rental customers are given priority)
*Must bring your own linens, or sleeping bags.
*No pets in bunkhouses - Additional fees will be added*
Campground Rules
- QUIET TIME is 10:30 p.m.- 6:30 a.m.. Non-compliance will result in eviction with no refund.
- Please respect your neighboring campers and their families.
- NO Generators
- NO ATV's
- All visitors to Caddo River Canoe Rental Properties must register at the office before proceeding into the campground.
- No illegal drugs of any kind. Violators will be reported to local authorities.
- Please do not move the fire rings.
- Please do not cut trees or mar branches.
- Please clean your campsite upon departure.
- Pets are welcome but must be kept in your campsite or on a leash. NO PETS in Bunkhouse, only on campgrounds!
- Campsite Check out time is 11:00 AM & bunkhouse check out time is 10:30 AM.
- Late checkout may be available if you are paddling with us during the day. Inquire at office in advance.
- No lifeguard is on duty, swim at own risk.
