Payment Policies:
- A credit card minimum charge of $5 is required for all reservations upon booking. This charge will apply to your balance upon check-in but is non-refundable.
- Late arrivals must be fully prepaid before our office closes.
- All prepayments are NONREFUNDABLE.
- Holidays and some peak-season weekends require full prepayment.
Cancellation Policies:
- On non-holiday stays, cancellations within 3 days of your stay will result in a late cancel fee equal to the first night of your stay.
- Prepaid reservations are nonrefundable.
- Cancelling watercraft rentals will result in a change in discounted camping rates.
Change Policies:
- If we have availability to change sites for you, we will be happy to do without a change fee; however, different sites have different rates that may result in an increase in price.
Rules:
- Quiet Time is 10:30 p.m. - 6:30 a.m. Non-compliance will result in eviction with no refund.
- Please respect your neighboring campers and their families.
- No Generators
No ATV's
- All visitors to the Caddo River Canoe Rental Properties must register at the office BEFORE proceeding into the campground
- No illegal drugs of any kind. Violators will be reported to local authorities.
- Please do not move the fire rings
- Please do not cut trees or mar branches
- Please clean your campsite upon departure
- Recycling containers for aluminum cans and trash cans for trash are provided
- Pets are welcome but must be kept in your campsite or on a leash.
- Check out time is by 11:00 a.m.
- Late checkout may be available if you are paddling with us during the day. Inquire at office.
- No lifeguard is on duty, swim at own risk
