Arrivals after office hours must be pre-paid in advance of office closing before 4:00 PM
To reserve a cabin, a deposit must be made on a credit card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card or American Express.
A $50 booking fee portion of the initial deposit is NON REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. This portion is to offset processing costs in accepting the booking.
Fully furnished cabins have 2 night minimum at stated rates and 3 nights on holidays.
Some cabins rates are based on headcount - violations of stated headcount may result in eviction without refund or extra fees at owners discretion.

If we are contacted regarding a cancellation BEFORE 30 days prior to your check-in date, you may receive a refund of your deposit less the $50.00 which is the non-refundable portion.
If we are contacted regarding a cancellation 15-29 days prior to your check-in date, you may receive a 50% deposit refund.
If we are notified of a cancellation within the last 14 days prior to your check-in date, you will forfeit your entire deposit and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

NO REFUNDS for shortened stays for any reason.

Any changes made to dates or cabin choice after the initial reservation incurs a $25 change fee.
Please understand your reservation and payments inside the last 14 days are non-refundable.

Check-In is between 3pm to 5 pm and check out time is by 10:30 AM.
If arriving later than 5:00 pm, balance in full is due in advance of check-in so that we may set you up for an after hours arrival.
